When you enquire about a painting, join the studio letter, or place an order, the studio collects what you give it directly: your name, your email address, and the postal address and phone number where you provide them for delivery.

No payment card details are collected on this site. Where a payment is taken, it is handled by a third party payment provider or by the marketplace hosting the listing, each under its own security standards.

Your details are used to answer enquiries, to arrange and deliver a work you have bought, to send the studio letter to people who have asked for it, and to keep the studio's own record of sales.

The studio does not sell or rent your information. Delivery details are shared only with the courier carrying the painting to you.

This site sets no advertising or cross site tracking cookies. Your shopping crate is kept in your own browser's storage rather than on the studio's servers, and it stays there until you clear it.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete anything the studio holds about you by writing to studio@sudhasrivastava.com. Studio letter subscribers can unsubscribe from any newsletter email, and the studio keeps a note of the request so no further letters are sent.
