Terms of Sale

Every work sold through this site is a unique original. The studio issues no editions, prints, or reproductions of any painting.

Once a painting is marked sold, it is removed from the catalogue and cannot be reordered.

Adding a painting to your crate holds it for 48 hours. If checkout is not completed within that window, the work returns to the catalogue and may be purchased by another visitor.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of crating. GST is applied at checkout in accordance with Indian law. Payment is accepted by UPI, card, or bank transfer.

Paintings ship only once the paint has fully cured, which can take several weeks after a sale. The studio will write to confirm a crating and shipping date. All shipments are insured for the full purchase price.

Because each work is unique and sold as-seen with full photographic documentation, sales are final except where a painting arrives materially damaged in transit, in which case the studio will arrange a full refund or replacement crate at its own cost.

Every painting ships with a certificate of authenticity and the relevant page from the studio ledger, bearing the same ledger number as the work itself.
